Arogyashala was established in 1954 with the aim of propagating the importance of Ayurvedic Diagnostic methods. At present there is a provision of 150 beds in the hospital. There are 5 departments in the hospital namely -

1) Medicine
2) Surgery
3) ENT
4) Opthalmology
5) Gynaec and obstet departments.

The special feature of the hospital is the Ayurvedic Panchakarma Department. There is an operation theatre along with an Intensive Care Unit and a department of X-Ray and Pathology laboratory. Expert Doctors extend their Services to the Hospital. The Vaidyas in this hospital provide medical services to the people in Adivasi regions with the help of certain social organisations.

We plan to start a well equipped Naturopathy centre and Yoga center, and different Health Centers including obesity center, senior citizen health care and diagnostic center, on occasion of the platinum jubilee year. We arrange health camps in remote Rural and Adivasi areas with one well equipped Mobile Dispensary.
